- Discussion of contract matters.
Pursuant to Section 10.B.6 of the Recognition of Emergency Medical Services Personnel Licensure Interstate Compact (hereinafter referred to as the “Compact”), I hereby certify as legal counsel for the Commission that the Executive Committee may convene in closed session at the upcoming special meeting that is to be scheduled for 3:00 p.m. on either August 24, 25, 26, or 27, 2026 (depending on the availability of the Executive Committee members and the Executive Director) to discuss matters set forth in Sections 10.B.5(b) and (d) of the Model Compact.
