Our Commitment

Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator and a "back to top" control on long pages.
Descriptive page structure using headings, landmarks, and labels that work with assistive technologies.
Text alternatives for meaningful images, and an accompanying data table for the interactive participating-states map so its information is available without color or a pointing device.
A specified page language and clear, plain-language writing wherever possible.
Layouts that reflow for small screens and zoom without loss of content or function.

Compatibility

This site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers and with common assistive technologies, including screen readers and screen magnifiers. If you use an older browser or a less common assistive technology, some features may work differently.

Known Limitations
