Report a Complaint or Compliance Issue

If you encounter difficulty using your Privilege to Practice in another participating state, report it and Commission staff can help.

If you are an EMS clinician licensed by a participating state and encounter challenges or difficulties using your Privilege to Practice in another participating state, you are encouraged to report the issue. When you complete the incident report form, your case is reviewed by EMS Compact staff.

In many cases, staff can assist by providing education and guidance to employers or state officials on the relevant state law and the functioning of the EMS Compact. The Commission is committed to ensuring that EMS clinicians can practice across participating states under the Privilege to Practice provisions.
