Interstate Commission for EMS Personnel Practice Proposes Amendments to Rule 11.2 for Enhanced Data Coordination

The Interstate Commission for Emergency Medical Services Personnel Practice has announced proposed amendments to Rule 11.2. These changes pertain to the Uniform Data Set that member states of the EMS Compact are required to submit to the National EMS Coordinated Database.

Key Proposed Changes to Rule 11.2 - Uniform Data Set:
- Identifying Information Requirements: The new amendments clarifies the requirement for all Member States to submit contact details for licensed EMS practitioners within ten business days of the completion of the licensure application process or any subsequent changes. The miminum contact information includes the mailing address, email address, and phone number.

The Commission will conduct a public hearing and meeting to discuss these proposed changes:
