Current Commissioner Appointment
David D. Graham, NRP, was appointed Oklahoma’s Delegate and Commissioner to the Interstate Commission for EMS Personnel Practice, effective November 1, 2026, succeeding Commissioner Lewis Robinson. The appointment was made by Keith Reed, RN, MPH, CPH, Commissioner of Health, Oklahoma State Department of Health. Commissioner Graham serves as Interim EMS Director, Trauma and EMS Services, Oklahoma State Department of Health. He is recognized and seated by the Commission effective November 1, 2026.
